Hello and welcome back as I aim to continue my experimental blogging monthly project. Glad you could be here. However, I hope this inspire many of you to soar to new heights when it comes to developing new habits.

Going public with goals, ambitions and projects helps to keep you accountable. Leo Babauta disscusses this both on his site and in his book “the power of less.” Worth your time.
Day 6
- A total bust. I fell back to sleep and got nothing done. A major disappointment. When I finally woke up, I had no time for nothing- only to run out the door.
Day 7
- Reverting back to form! I woke up before my alarm could sound. Previewed and determined MITs, read during my time of reflection and touched up a unfinished post.
- However, about 90 minutes later I crashed again. Not a complete bust but still quite not where I want to be.
