The Power of Less: Day 4

by Miguel Wickert

in Case Studies

Hello again, I have bad news to report. I failed! I climbed out of the bed, never left the room so guess what happen? Yeah, I fell back on the bed and didn’t get up until 6:30 AM!1

I wasn’t thrilled but still was able to complete the following:

  • Complete MITs
  • Read another section of N.T Wright
  • Brew Tea (Jasmine)
  • Think clearly without distraction (at least 10 minutes).

Overall, the morning didn’t go as planned, and I’ll take another shot starting Monday. Developing habits isn’t easy for anyone- it’s a process that we should walk through one small step at a time. Stay tuned.
