I read it a few weeks ago, and am currently rereading it carefully. I’m picking up on stuff I missed the first time.

I’ll do the same after reading it through. Rereading is wise because we tend to miss things which is normal. Taking notes while reading helps but note taking requires more time, and there are days when I just want to read without jotting any notes.
Yeah, I’ve been fasting twice a week for an overall health benefit discussed on Stronglifts.com. It’s amazing how much we accomplish when foods not a factor.
