This is late… but here are my aims/goals for the year, front and center. Going public with your goals, at times, seems to have a way of accountability about it. Hopefully, at the end of 2010, many of these goals will be apart of the many stories, I can retell and reflect on.
- Physical Goal: 500 Ibs Dead Lift; a bit more than 2.5x my body weight.
- Educational: Finish MA
- Educational: Read 3 books per month (minimal)
- Physical: Just run (Trail running) with Vibram Five Fingers.
- Write: lay the groundwork for a few book ideas.
- Drink: Enjoy Wine and good times with the people closest to me.
- Continue to take pleasure in the little things.
- Heath: Continue to aim for 8 hours of sleep per night
- Physical: Continue to keep a workout log (see it here)

Not late at all, it’s better than none.:-) I love ‘Continue to take pleasure in the little things’, it’s meaningful yet easy forgotten, I’d like to be reminded of that as often as possible. Lifestyle adjustment is to balance exercise with online tasks, cut down junk food and enjoy life more. (No work during weekends — yes, tough but will try, at least not on Sunday). ^^
Here’s to a productive year in 2010! Cheers!

Yes, me too. That is a must. Life, as you know, can take off on us, sometimes we must force ourselves to not forget the small, meaningful aspects of life.
Really, I like that approach. All the best with that, I think I’ve done that a few times without trying. Work on the weekend is rough. But that’s also my time to study, read and write, so I need my Macbook.
I should add intermitted fasting to the list. From Saturday 9pm- Sunday 1pm, 16 hours of water, tea and coffee only. I am amazed at your consistency, and always appreciate the support and kindness you show. Cheers!
